A licensed and insured bar service must serve any alcohol. Hosanna Farm requires copies of their business license, alcohol service permit, and insurance before approval.
Hosanna Farm offers ample parking for you and your guests. We also have limited disability parking options if needed.
You are welcome to decorate our barn in any way you wish without damaging it. However, if it is damaged, you will be liable to pay for the repairs.
The barn will be clean and ready for your arrival, and all we ask is that you leave it the same way you found it! We do not expect you to clean, but we ask that you tidy up and pack decorations away. Trash needs to be bagged and left in the trash bins provided. Setup and clean-up need to be completed within the time allowances. If you require additional time, please arrange that before your event.

Yes, we have a back entrance with parking and entry that is suitable for wheelchair access.
Deposits are non-refundable. Full payments are due within 7 days of the event, and once paid are nonrefundable.

While our animals are very friendly, we ask that you do not approach the animals without a representative from Hosanna Farm present. You are welcome to observe and take photos from a distance. If you wish to have the option for you and your guests to interact with the animals, please arrange that with Hosanna Farm before your event.
